Refund policy

Exchange Policy Process:

To exchange a product, it must first be returned in accordance with our exchange policy. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and only the paid amount for the product will be refunded. Follow these steps to complete the process:

  1. Initiate Exchange Request: To initiate, submit an exchange request by visiting the return/exchange page linked in the footer menu. Select the product you wish to exchange, along with the reason and the desired size. This request must be made within 15 days of receiving the product. (Please note that the order ID is in the format "FA-1234")
  2. Product Collection: Once your request is submitted, our team will arrange to collect the item. The product must be in its original condition, including all tags and packaging. It usually takes about 7 to 10 days for the item to be collected and shipped back.
  3. New Order: After the return is received and examined, a new order will be sent with requested size to you within 5 - 7 days

Returns

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

You can place a return request, by going to the return/exchange page linked in the footer menu and raising a return ticket, or emailing us at hello@freeauthority.co, with order no & product details within 15 days of receiving the product. Shipping charges will not be refunded. It usually takes about 5 to 7 days for the item to be collected and shipped back.

Refunds

  1. For online payment orders, refund will be processed within 3-4 business days after receiving the product back. The mode of refund would be as provided.
  2. For Cash on Delivery (COD), refund will be done through NEFT Transfer within 7-10 business days.
